Project Manager
Streffco Consultants, Inc., is an international technical staffing and systems integration organization. We provide technology and business operations resources on a project, contract, contract-to-hire or direct hire basis.
Title: Project Manager

Pay Rate Range: Depends on Experience (W-2 all inclusive rate)
Purpose and Description:
Assist the business leader in ensuring the project deliverables are met on time and on budget
Provide project coordination and serve as initial contact of the project team
Review service requests and assign projects to team members
Develop and maintain a detailed project status report
Responsible to track project changes, including scope and timeline
Leads the delivery of a complex project.
Maintains a tactical focus.
Sets clear objectives and defined deliverables.
Develops cost benefit analyses for the project, communicates to an executive committee, creates and reports project status utilizing a dashboard, allocates resources, defines project governance policies and manages the financial concerns.
Utilizes and effectively communicates technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.
Ability to lead a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential.
Requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Interfaces effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.
Effectively utilizes external vendors and internal resources.
Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
Required
Experience:
Bachelors degree required. Degeree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
Enhanced analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers and subject matter experts
Great organization and coordination skills
Exceptional presentation skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills including excel, powerpoint, Words, etc.

Experience:
Project management experience in health care preferred
Ability to determine key business issues and develop appropriate action plans from multi-disciplinary perspectivesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
