We are actively looking for a well rounded Sr. IT Specialist. In this position, you will maintain the computing environment by identifying network requirements; installing upgrades and monitoring network performance:
Primary
Responsibilities:
Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.
Manages network operations to include: troubleshooting connectivity problems; installing & maintaining routers; adding/terminating users; assigning rights and access; resetting passwords; establishing e-mail addresses; assessing and reporting operational status; performing backups and restores; etc.
Meets financial requirements by submitting information for budgets; monitoring expenses.
Manages and maintains Microsoft Windows applications and systems including by not limited to Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008.
Ensures technology documents/certificates such as product registrations, SSL certificates, maintenance agreements, service contracts, etc.
Required
Experience:
5
years of advanced understanding and experience with operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems
IP Routing, IP LAN administration, Cisco IOS, Firewalls, Network Security, Microsoft OS, Microsoft Office Application Suite, Experience with Cisco, WAN and LAN connectivity Windows XP, Windows 7 & and Windows Server 2008
Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN
Ability to quickly and accurately diagnosis technical issues
Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
Interpersonal skills, including: such as telephony, communication, active listening and customer careEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
