Medical Instrument Technician (Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer)

The Medical Instrument Technician has the responsibility for providing quality care in the coordination and performance of the Ultrasound Section in the Medical/Surgical Specialty Care Line Service.
Operate diagnostic equipment to graphically record the position and motion of the heart walls or the internal structure of the heart and neighboring tissue by the echo obtained from beams of ultrasonic waves directed through the chest wall.
Additional Duties include but are not limited to:
Perform patient assessmentsAcquire and analyze data obtained using ultrasound and related diagnostic technologies.
Provide a summary of findings to the physician to aid in patient diagnosis and management.
Use independent judgment and systematic problem solving methods to produce high quality diagnostic information and optimize patient care.
Performs Diagnostic cardiac ultrasound using high frequency sound waves and Doppler techniques for purpose of medical diagnosis.
Knowledge of JCAHO and other regulatory requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees at varying grade levels.
Ability to provide, or provide for, staff development and training.
Inputs data and required information as needed.
Work Schedule:
Days 7:
30 am to 4:
00 pm.
Weekends and evenings may apply.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
