Analytical Chemist

Today, Kelly Services is searching for an Analytical Chemist to join the team of a Fortune 500 chemical company in Collegeville, PA, under a long term contract, performing pilot plant operation, plastics compounding and testing using analytical instrumentation.
This is a long term contract (12
month), and pay for this role will be in the range of $20 - $24/hour.
RESPONSIBILITIES -Responsibilities include but are not limited to calibration, testing, and maintenance of manufacturing and laboratory equipment and processes.
Will be very hands on with quite a bit of test equipment, and the ideal candidate will have aptitude to quickly learn and work with a number of instruments, both physical and analytical lab testing equipment.
This includes instruments like GC, IR, LC and others.
REQUIREMENTS- Good lab skills.
- Previous experience with IR or chromatography a must.
Experience can be academic.
EDUCATION - AS or BS in science, preferably Chemistry.
