Chemist

Various shifts are available.
Pay rate is $20/hour.
Duration of contract assignment can be up to two years.
There is potential for the assignment to go perm, however no guarantee.
Candidates outside of the area are encouraged to apply, however no relocation expenses are provided.
As a Quality Control Chemist on the team, you will be responsible for handling the quality control testing of in-process, raw and finished materials.
The ideal Quality Control Chemist will be able to work both independently and as a team while striving to meet goals in a fast paced GMP laboratory environment.
Quality Control Chemist Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Chemical Engineering required.
At least three years of pharmaceutical industry experience required.
Experience with instrumentation and testing utilizing HPLC, GC, FTIR and wet chemistry techniques Ability to multi-task, have team player attitude, and effective communication Quality Control Chemist
Responsibilities:
Performing analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished samples via HPLC, GC, FTIR, NMR or wet chemistry techniques Following SOPs in a GMP regulated environment Performing stability testing protocols Investigating analytical problems Preparing accurate documentation Troubleshooting equipment Important information:
