We currently have an opening for a top notch individual at our Headquarters in San Antonio, Texas for the position of Administrative Services Analyst.
Summary:
Support Corporate Compliance initiatives across HVHC, including:
Records Management, Business Continuity Planning, Policies and Procedures, Highmark and HVHC CAP management, and various other Administrative Compliance efforts and Corporate projects.
This position reports to the HVHC Director Administrative Services.
Essential
Responsibilities:
1.
Manage all aspects of the HVHC Records Management program to ensure the appropriate classification and retention period for official company records; provide guidance to assigned Record Coordinators and Custodians to manage the storage, security, preservation, and destruction of official company records.
2.
Establish and oversee internal controls and processes with respect to the flow of official company records throughout HVHC; implement tracking and reporting mechanisms to ensure compliance with the Records Management policy and retention schedule.
3.
Ensure that Business Continuity Planning (BCP) plan owners across HVHC maintain a current BCP plan.
Ensure that plans are complete, approved by Executive Leadership, submitted to Highmark, and readily available.
Participate in BCP/DR incidents and follow-up as needed.
4.
Oversee the maintenance and distribution BCP binders, immediate response contact cards, and electronic copies of plans.
Oversee annual BCP testing and attend Highmark BCP feasibility exercises.
5.
Manage the annual process to review and approve Corporate HVHC Policies and Procedures; assigned P&P Lead for Administrative Services.
Ensure compliance with the approval, standardization, centralized and off-site storage, and accessibility of HVHC Policies and Procedures across the corporate.
6.
Monitor, track and report inquiries or incidents reported for HVHC General Compliance, Fraud, Waste & Abuse, Privacy & Security, Retail Privacy/HIPAA, as instructed on published HVHC training materials and internal postings; ensure all reported incidents are documented and escalated.
7.
Provide support for Highmark Audit/Advisory Engagements as assigned.
Help to develop remediation plans and performregular internal review and validation for implemented Corrective Action Plan (CAP) controls.
8.
Lead the planning and implementation of other corporate projects as assigned.
Education:
o Bachelor's degree (B.
A.

) from four-year college or university, or equivalent business experience Experience & Background:
o At least 5 years working in an Analyst or Project Management role; at least 3 years in a Healthcare organization.
o Experience with Records Management, Reporting/Analysis, Business Continuity, Policies and Procedures.
o Detail oriented and analytical; experience with Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
o Understanding of theoretical and practical Project Management principles.
o Understanding of Information Technology; experience with technology environments.
o Ability to maintain the highest standard of confidentiality is required with zero tolerance.
Language Skills:
o Excellent written and verbal communications skills Mathematical Skills:

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is frequently required to sit, reach, use hands to input data on a computer and/or spreadsheet as well as file and use telephone, fax and copier.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
