Bookkeeper
Essential Functions:
A major manufacturing company within the Pet Food industry is seeking an experienced full time Bookkeeper with manufacturing experience and who is highly proficient with Quickbooks software to perform the following functions:
Responsibilities:
o Full Cycle Bookkeeping
o Manage all aspects of A/R, A/P and Billing
o Accounts Payable will encompass the processing of all accounts payable transactions including bills, credit card charges and invoicing client bills, ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classification
o Accounts Receivable will encompass the accurate posting and classification of the daily receivable transactions, preparing deposit slips when needed, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of each day's transactions
o Handle all payroll information, including calculations and submissions
o Reconcile monthly credit card statements
o General Ledger maintenance
o Monthly financial reports for management
o Perform other general office duties as needed
o Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management

Requirements and
Qualifications:
o College graduate (BA or BS)
o 2-3 Years experience in bookkeeping with a background in either manufacturing & finance
o Familiarity with Post Production or Production accounting is preferred
o Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel)
o Excellent of QuickBooks Premier software
o Professional presentation and conduct
o Must be responsible and self-managed
o Must have excellent follow-up and tracking skills
o Must be detail orientedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
