Director of Sales And Marketing
Dallas based Hospitality Management Corporation is seeking an experienced candidate for the Director of Sales & Marketing position for the 80 room Microtel Inn & Suites in Midland, TX. The segment of business for this hotel will be mostly corporate transient.
The DOS, you will be solely responsible for the daily management and reporting responsibilities required of our management staff to include yield management, planning and budgeting, monthly sales reports, etc.

Two to three years of experience building sales for limited service hotels. A successful track record of accomplishments is required. You should be team oriented and a self-starter. . A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
