A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
Utilize effective leadership skills to effectively manage 30
employees in the finishing department
Help operators troubleshoot machine issues
Work proactively to create a positive work environment
Work with the Plant Manager on hiring, termination, and promotion of employees
JOB SPECIFICS:
Compensation is approximately $50,000/year (could vary based on experience level)

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong bindery/finishing department experience
3
years of management experience
3
years of flexographic printing experience
Strong track record of meeting required deadlines
Ability to relocate to Central PennsylvaniaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
