Administrative Assistant Clerical
Biotron Laboratories, a fast growing Chelated Mineral Manufacturer is hiring an Administrative Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have a 2 year Associates in Business or Human Services, experience with QuickBooks/MS Office, and must demonstrate poise, tact, and an ability to learn new systems.
Description:
Learn/understand aspects of accounting including invoices, accounts receivable and payable; assist Office Manager with product documentation such as printing labels, packing lists, invoicing, bills of lading, etc. Will be assigned special projects by the President and Office manager which will require the ability to research various sources. This individual will Assist with shipping data, general HR functions, correspondence, shipping of samples/letters. Job requires flexibility to assist in other aspects of business such as ISO record keeping, banking, postal, filing, and clerical.

Position Requirements:
-Must have 3 years of general administrative background,
-2 year degree in Business or Human Services pref.
-Have the ability to think quickly and learn new programs,
-Conduct self with professionalism,
-Must be self-directed and able to work independently on projects.
-WPM 50 to 70
-Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
