Summary:
The Night Shift Billing Clerk is a part of the customer service team responsible for generating selection labels and processing invoices. Primary responsibilities include:
Receiving catch weights and out of stock information via warehouse order selector or retrieves from cooler and freezer locations.
Performing data entry on confirmation using above information which then allows releasing orders for invoicing.
Generating standardized reports from the computer and distributing to assigned personnel.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and
Experience:
Qualified applicants must have excellent oral & written communication skills, excellent computer skills, and also must be detail oriented.
High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Position requires flexible shifts & hours including weekends.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
