Technical Program Manager
Responsible for running a program office that manages multiple eDiscovery projects related to a complex multi-jurisdictional litigation. Required tasks include preparing detailed project plans, preparing and maintaining a program-level master plan, assuring schedules are realized for work activities of several Case Management teams engaged in projects related to the EDRM Lifecycle. This person will be the interface to both the prime contractor and the client on issues and will provide detailed status reports on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
This position requires a minimum of five years' experience with at least two years managing large-scale projects or IT implementations. Big-5 management consulting experience would be highly beneficial. This person must have a technology background and be comfortable working with technical and business personnel to resolve complicated technology and business process problems. Must have Project Management experience with a team of at least ten technical personnel on a long-term basis and be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver on time. PMI certification would be helpful, but is not required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
