POSITION PROFILE
Responsible for all leasing activity involving direct sales, which includes RBS Verticals, federal, state and local, Production Print, and Direct commercial. Leasing activity includes both internal and third party financing and will be known as the Financial Solutions Business.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lease Applications
Cash Deals
Credit Policy & Procedure Development
Reporting/Records Maintenance
Annual review of $1MM
customers
Assists with Reserve / Bad Debt reviews
Maintains queue for incoming credit applications
Undertakes risk assessment analysis of various types of leasing proposals including Small, Mid and Large Ticket Request for Internal Leasing
Gathers/analyzes and interprets credit information on existing and prospective customers and portfolios
Manage the corporation's appetite for levels of risk and customer exposure levels
Understanding, assessing and communicating risk
Assesses the credit worthiness of client companies
Advise and recommending changes to policy and procedure
Staying informed about the legal, compliance and market-risk-related issues involved in the approval of credit
Work cooperatively with other staff within the company, such as account managers, finance, accounting and product specialist
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting) or equivalent work experience

Yrs Commercial Credit experience
Leasing Experience is preferred
Collections Experience is preferred
Formal Commercial Credit training preferred
Experience with Oracle is a plus
