NURSE PRACTITIONER - Geriatrics
DESCRIPTION
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in nursing, licensure as a Registered Nurse, and graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Current West Virginia License and prescriptive authority required. A minimum of 1-year prior experience in a medical office setting preferred. Candidates should have experience in Geriatrics and Home Visit programs and will see patients in the following settings:
Nursing Home, Family Medicine outpatient clinic, and patient homes.
