Inside Sales Consultant

As a myCARFAX Inside Sales Consultant, you will:
oCall service shops to communicate the value of participating in My CARFAX Service Shop program
oUpdate Salesforce with customer information and activity
oMeet outbound call activity and enrollment goal
oEnroll new customers and set up new accounts
oBecome proficient in answering questions for the staff at the vehicle service facilities to ensure integrity of the data flow from participating dealers.
A little of what we're looking for:
o3
years of demonstrated success in a phone based (sales) outbound call center
oComfortable working in a high-volume call center with strong closing skills
oExcellent communication skills
oCollaborative Team Player who works well across departments.
oSalesForce and technical experience a plus.
