A client South of Boston is looking to hire a Customer Service Analyst who has very strong interpersonal skills and sound proficiency with Excel. Experience working with Oracle would be a plus for this role.
Responsibilities:
Analyze data in Excel
Help drive forward process improvements
Collaborate with members of Product Development teams
Keep track of inventory models
Qualifications:
College Degree
Sound Excel skills
Strong communication skillsNice to Have:
Prior customer service work experience
