Fine Wine Sales Consultant
Dynamic and fast growing wine distributor based in Michigan. We are seeking a dynamic, multi-task oriented team-player with superior sales skills and a dedication to quality customer service. Individual will service, support and introduce a growing portfolio of fine European, South American, Australian and US wines within a specfic section of our existing Metro Detroit territory. Candidate would be responsible for expanding our existing relationships and/or establishing new relationships. Customer assignments will be discussed during the interview process and will represent a specific defined territory in and around Southeastern Michigan (Metro Detriot), primarily the western suburbs of Metro Detroit.
Successful candidate will have:
o preferable strong prior sales experience with prior experience at some tier within the wine trade
o dynamic interpersonal and relationship building skills
o ability to network and expand contact base (on/off premise including regional and national chains)
o ability to provide marketing and training support as required for customers
o setup and participation in wine dinners, wine tastings and other related event
o strong passion for wine
o solid follow up skills and team-player committed to Company goals
Compensation and other benefits will be commensurate with experience and is primarily commission based.
