Responsibilities:
The person chosen for this opportunity will use sales techniques such as phone canvassing, networking, and e-mail marketing campaigns in order to identify and develop leads and relationships with prospective tenants. In addition, the commercial leasing specialist will conduct property showings and develop and implement follow up strategies to help move potential tenants towards consummating a deal.
Requirements:
o 2-3 years in commercial real estate leasing
o Knowledge of New Jersey's urban commercial real estate market is a big plus.
o Entrepreneurial approach to real estate and business development
o Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
o Superior knowledge of sales techniques including lead generation, cold calling, and networkingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
