Serves as the Information Technology (IT) Change Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of the Change Management function for IT operations, including management of Change Management policies and process; management and execution of the operational activities related to Change Management; active participation in the development and maintenance of a road map for fully implementing Change Management. This position will be responsible for independently coordinating and controlling ITIL-aligned policies, procedures, and communication for efficient and prompt handling of all IT changes. The IT Change Management process and tools must minimize the impact of change-related incidents to the business; improve day-to-day operations of the IT organization; and deliver value to the business and our customers.
Minimum Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field; five years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in Enterprise IT Change Management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications:
hree years of experience with Enterprise IT Change Management and IT Service Management principles, processes, tools, and methodologies; ITIL Intermediate capability stream-Release Control and Validation certification; Six Sigma certified; experience and knowledge of ITIL service management process implementation and supporting tools; experience in using ITIL best practices for cross functional environments, including Infrastructure, Operations, and Applications; excellent leadership skills; ability to act as a change agent; demonstrated ability to win the hearts and minds of employees affected by the change; excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to present and discuss functional and technical information in a way that establishes rapport; ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, persuade and influence across the organization, and gain understanding; ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; ability to have a vision of the big picture; committed to a continual cycle of process improvement; knowledge and experience with the higher education landscape; demonstrated strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills; ability to collect, organize, and analyze data using tools such as data modeling and data flow diagrams; research skills to gather and analyze the necessary information to make recommendations; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines; ability to work with staff at all levels of the university; familiarity with SAP, SAP Solution Manager, SAP ITSM experience is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
