HL7 Integration Analyst with Project Management Background
6 month plus contract
Carrollton, TX
Position
Summary:
The Integration Analyst is responsible for the design and implementation of interfaces between different clinical and external systems related to the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). This design and implementation includes meeting with end-users, application specialists and vendors to determine needs and functionality with current technology as well as studying vendor technical specifications. Additionally they are responsible to document these interfaces, maintain them and alter them based on changes in technology and needs. Periodically they will be required to support software upgrades in our EMR system, our interface software and vendor's external systems.
Skills Required:
Project Management using MS Project, Customer Facing ,Health Delivery Integration, Implementation experience, HL7 Analysis
Healthcare Integration Analyst with a Project Management Background
Healthcare experience required.
Integration Analyst Job Requirements:
Experience in working with the Customer and managing the entire life cycle of Interface development - Gathering business requirements, defining Technical Specifications, developing the interface, following it through unit and integration testing and ultimately deploying into Production.
Project Management Job Functions:
Management and delivery of Integration Projects, Coordinate with the Customer in the completion of the Integration Projects, track resource allocation/capacity, track budget, set timelines for task completion, and maintain issue log and provide status reports
