The Operations Manager will provide strategic leadership support to manufacturing operations with a focus on continuous improvement in establishing best practices that emphasize performance management, production planning, transportation, administration, safety, budget control, quality, compliance, and inventory management for the facility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Strategic, hands-on leadership of production planning, transportation, administration, safety, compliance including OSHA and DOT
Manage budget and related P&L activities
Assist in development / implementation of best practices related to inventory management and scheduling
Support and maintain company core values and mission while fostering a positive employee relations culture
Participate in talent acquisition process to include recruiting / interviewing / hiring
Performance management to include identifying developmental needs and ensuring proper coaching / training
Responsible for metrics / deliverables to include, but are not limited to: cost / expense control; RMAs; customer satisfaction; skills development; continuous process improvement; capital budgeting/planning; gross margin/profit
Foster and manage on-going positive relationships with internal / external customers
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED and/or PREFERRED:
4 year degree in directly related discipline strongly preferred along with minimum 4 years directly related hands-on experience in a manufacturing / operations leadership role. Will consider equivalent experience with less than 4 year degree.
Demonstrated success in a direct / indirect leadership role within manufacturing operations overseeing teams to include administration, production, transportation, etc.
Skilled and proficient in managing performance to include annual performance reviews, discipline, terminations, skill development, and overall employee relations support and problem resolution
Provide consistent support of company mission/values while creating a strong culture of ownership and accountability at all levels
Strong background in analyzing / interpreting financial reports and related company / industry data
Proficient using Microsoft programs to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experienced user of common and/or proprietary ERP systems strongly preferred
Must possess excellent analytical abilities and strong business acumen
Skilled written and oral communicator with experience formally presenting technical / financial information to all levels of the organization
Excellent organizational and project management skills required to include execution and follow up assessments
Results oriented team member who proactively supports the teams skill development, shares knowledge & builds collaborative relationships, with ability to hold others accountable to meet/exceed expectations and deliverables
Self-directed and motivated to proactively take appropriate action in anticipating problems and resolving issues in order to maintain the highest level of service to internal / external customersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
