A local Commercial Design/Build Contractor, Consolidated Construction Co., is seeking a skilled Project Engineer for the Watford City area. The Project Engineer will support construction activities by planning, organizing, and implementing functions such as, project control systems, subcontracts, purchasing, and scheduling.

Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing proposals, budget; cost reporting, and selecting contractors/vendors.
Work closely Jobsite Superintendents to understand project status; review scheduling; update progress reports and other items related to each project
Assist the financial aspects of a project from cost reports, to payments, estimates, labor and equipment, invoices and change orders
Assist in Risk Management and help identify challenges early in the project
Work with the bid proposal process from working with the client; to bid pre-qualification; working with the Estimator; and all other bid related responsibilities, start to finish
Develop a complete understanding of the relationship between project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
Oversee the review of drawings andEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
