Wells Enterprises, Inc. is currently seeking an Assistant Machine Operator for one of our plant locations in Le Mars, Iowa. The hours are STRAIGHT NIGHTS , Sunday through Thursday with some weekend work as needed.
Assist the operators on the line and learn how to operate the line
Conduct meetings with the team
Train and coach employees to success
Lead by example and be a positive role model
Maintain effective partnerships and communicate effectively
Assertively work as a team
## Qualifications
This position will require a high school diploma or GED
