Job Description:
Responsible for overall function of the accounting department. Compiles financial information, processes journal entries into various accounts, and reconciles reports and financial data. Knowledge of the laws and regulations that apply to an accounting function are required to ensure compliance.
Key
Responsibilities:
Assure an accurate closing process each required period including journal entries and reports
Responsible for accurate financial information through analysis of revenue and expense accounts.
Supervision of material coordinator department.
Coordinate internal/external auditor's visitors.
Manage the complete accounting cycle.
REQUIREMENTS:
Years and Type of
Experience:
5-7 years leading project teams or organizations
Broad industry experience with a preference for Consumer Packaged Goods
Experience with SAP preferred
Skills and Abilities:
Strong business and project leadership skills, assertive and diplomatic, self- directing, able to manage up and down the organization without authority, willing to hold others accountable.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Access (or other database) and Excel
Strong Adaptation and Flexibility skills to successfully deliver results in an environment with constantly changing scope and requirements.
Education Level/Degree:
Bachelor's degree requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
