Duties/
Responsibilities:
Work with marketing team and developers to create a consistent and compelling visual style for various promotions
Responsible for pre-flight and accurate verification of digital documents prior to release for production
Process/manipulate digital images as per instruction from Creative Marketing Director and Designers
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work and excel in a very collaborative and fast-paced, intense, yet fun work environment
Skills/Abilities and Educational Requirements:
Demonstrate the Core Values of Delta Defense LLC
Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field or equivalent work experience
5 plus years business experience working in web design; experience in an agency or collaborative team environment preferred
Background of project management, people management is a plus
Mature and versatile creative skills supported by a no gimmicks results-based marketing design aesthetic
Self motivated, self starter that takes pride in beating deadlines
Highly skilled in web design and layoutEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
