Vanir CM currently has a unique opportunity for a talented individual to assist in the continued strategic growth of our organization. The position of Inspector located in Petersburg, VA will work collaboratively with client and colleagues to monitor policies, procedures, standards, and criteria affecting safety at Healthcare / Hospital facility construction sites.
Ideal candidate will have 5
years of inspection experience on large Healthcare / Hospital projects.
Experience with NGRI facilities is preferred.
Must have BCOM experience.
Previous CM-at-Risk project experience.
Previous mechanical, electrical, general design, and construction management knowledge is preferred.
Bachelors degree required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
