DUTIES: Work with Metrology Center team to inspect complex vehicle parts and sub-assemblies (sheet metal, exterior, and interior) using various measurement systems such as Meisterbock, quality assurance fixtures, laser trackers, CMMs, and in-line vision stations. Analyze and organize data from multiple sources using statistical analysis packages such as BSAT and Minitab to identify top issues and root causes. Work with plant personnel to recommend, validate, and implement proposed solutions. Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented through data analysis. Monitor trend charts and work with a cross-functional team to drive variation reduction of critical product and process characteristics. Identify trends in QMC data, CMM data, and Meisterbock to root cause issues in assembly. Use Digital Meisterbock GOM software to identify part issues prior to product launch. Use software to root cause existing build issues.
REQUIREMENTS (applicants with any suitable equivalent combination of education, training, or experience are acceptable): Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering required. 1 year of experience in the job described or as a mechanical engineer, engineering manager, or combination thereof. Experience must include mechanical design modeling and simulation using FEA and CFD software; 3D solid modeling; developing mass optimization modeling for mechanical design.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
