The Eligibility Analyst Senior Associate is accountable and responsible for the documentation, configuration, and error resolution of client data issues and inquiries.
Responsibilities
Billing Reports
Audit and translate billing report layout working with internal teams to ensure accuracy of billing specifications and data.
Timely and accurate resolution of all billing report errors
Perform necessary system updates to correct data discrepancies
Coordinate FTP Transmission of billing report
Accurately maintaining and following all billing report procedure documents
Vendor Files
Accurate interpretation, documentation, and set up of client specific vendor structure to accommodate employer group and business rule with external vendor
Review and translate vendor file layout working with internal teams to ensure accuracy of vendor specifications and structure.
Provide a high level of expertise with knowledge of products and system configuration as they pertain to benefits, industry standard and system functionality
Accurately maintaining and following all vendor procedure documents
Work closely with external and internal partners to accurately resolve error reports in a timely manner
Work closely with external and internal partners to ensure testing of all vendor files during implementations, renewals, and change orders
Coordinate FTP Transmission setup to vendor
Ownership of the vendor inquiry mailbox, including review , support, analysis, and follow through in a timely manner of all inquires
Client Inquiries (Data, eligibility, BRIX usage)
Respond accurately to both email and phone inquiries from client in a timely manner
Perform necessary system updates to correct data discrepancies
Ownership of all client inquiries specific to data, eligibility, and application usage
Subscriber Files
Accurate interpretation, documentation communication of client requirements specific to subscriber files, with internal matrix partners (SI, CM, QC)
Accurate interpretation, documentation and communication of timing for ongoing files, and method for receipt with internal matrix partners
Timely and accurate resolution of all subscriber file error reports
Written and verbal communication with the client to resolve data issues
Strong understanding of a broad array of health and insurance benefits and billing including, but not limited to, Life, Disability, Medical, Dental, and FSA.
Extensive knowledge of various functional areas including implementation and Systems integration
Strong organizational skills necessary to accomplish a large number of tasks within a specified timeframe
Experience with external vendors is desirable.
Experience with client facing communication required

Strong commitment and teamwork skills.
Self-motivator, detail oriented, and willingness to adapt to department and company needs.
Extensive knowledge and expertise with vendor specification documents
