The ability to teach and mentor strong developers is a real plus. We prefer those who have had hands on experience in Agile development practices such as Test Driven Development, Continuous integration, and pair programming. We desire an avid learner proficient in multiple object oriented languages and willing to hone their craft and develop new skills. Should have an advanced understanding of Object oriented design and development principles such as SOLID and DRY. Also expected to have strong technical and business acumen to deliver as much value to the client as possible. 3
