Inside Sales - Technology Lead Generation

Frantz Group is hiring for an Inside Sales representative to perform lead generation activity on behalf of one of our technology solution clients. The job will include following up on inbound responders, as well as targeted outbound activities. Experience with IT solutions geared for the healthcare industry is a plus. Qualifications:
Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong grammar skills are required
Proven research and writing capability
Software industry knowledge
Information technology solution knowledge
Knowledge of marketing tools and research experience
Time management and organization skills
CRM and Microsoft Office experience
Problem solving ability
Ability to work in a fast pasted environment and adapt to changing strategy
Possesses strong math skills
Previous sales, lead generation, or customer service experience preferred
Degree in Marketing, Communication or Business, and three to six months experience in marketing/sales or customer service-related field is preferred
Job duties include and are not limited to:
Perform outbound and inbound calling duties
Meet minimum-number-of-calls-per-hour criteria as defined by Frantz Group and/or its client
Meet minimum lead-generation and sales goals as defined by Frantz Group and/or its client
Compose and articulate e-mails in aEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
