Seeking a talented and flexible junior to mid-level attorney to support its commercial transactions in a diversified, multi-dimensional pharmaceutical law practice. Will be drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, services agreements, consulting agreements, license agreements and clinical agreements, as well as managing the process of contracts and providing support to the Legal Department. The successful candidate will be diligent and proactive and have demonstrated excellent legal and business judgment and strategic thinking, along with the ability to work independently.
