Summary:
Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking a Senior HR Generalist for a client in Hastings, MI, to oversee talent acquisition, training, and performance management activities for the organization. This is a multi-site organization and some travel may be required.
Responsibilities:Recruit, interview, test, reference, and select candidates for open positions
Develop and maintain job descriptions for current and new positions
Identify hiring trends and concerns within the organization and the industry
Organize and participate in job fairs
Coordinate and conduct company-wide training programs and initiatives
Administer and oversee performance management company-wide
Assist in developing and maintaining corporate policy and procedure manuals
Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field required
3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment required
Proven experience in recruitment, organizational development, and training
Strong working knowledge of employment and labor law
Proficiency in HRIS and/or ATS
Ability to handle confidential matters discreetly
Strong project management and organizational skills
