We are seeking a Senior Manager for our Fixed Assets Solutions practice of our Tax business unit. The candidate's responsibilities include the following:
Manage cost segregation studies, depreciation methods reviews, and tangible property regulations adoptions for companies in a range of industries.
Manage teams of Fixed Asset Solutions professionals on multiple engagements.
Function as primary client relationship and delivery manager--quality, value and communication.
Determine and obtain proper staffing and oversee project work.
Report to Fixed Asset Solutions partner.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, engineering, architecture, construction management, or related area

years of cost segregation and tax depreciation consulting experience in public accounting or a combination of industry and public accounting experience
One of the following certifications is required:
CPA, Enrolled Agent, Architect, Professional Engineer, Certified Construction Manager, Certified Cost Segregation Professional, or Certified Professional Estimator
Familiarity with construction design and construction processes
Strong technical tax capabilities
Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of business development
Ability to balance multiple engagements and competing priorities
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
Willingness to travel 10-20%
