Great Lakes Bay Magazine is looking for enthusiastic and experienced salespeople with the confidence, passion and drive necessary to help us build sales in the region. Successful candidates will promote the success story of our magazines and increase advertising sales. This role calls for a skill set that goes beyond the traditional sales profile to create excitement about our magazines.

Minimum of an undergraduate degree and/or significant sales, print, marketing or related field experience.
## Job Responsibilities
Sells print/magazine advertising to and works with clients and prospects in an assigned territory; maintains and grows current revenues from existing and new clients.
Identifies and cultivates personnel in targeted accounts who make or influence advertising purchasing decisions.
Develops and/or coordinates sales presentations to clients and prospects; proactively develops new accounts and new business.
Addresses or participates in addressing clients' concerns, questions and objections
Keeps sales management apprised of progress each week toward established revenue goals.
## Compensation
The salary for this position will be based from candidate's work experience. Benefits include; Medical (BC/BS), Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term Disability, 401-k, Paid Vacation and Holidays.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
