Overview:
We are looking for candidates for Manufacturing Tooling Engineering roles as part of our operations program. Positions will be based in Tullahoma Tennessee and will report to the Operations Manager. This position will be responsible for the concept, development, design, and maintenance of machine tooling for injection molding machines.

Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Tooling Engineer, your responsibilities would include the following:
Reduce costs and improve the performance of the plant by developing and implementing new tooling manufacturing methods and processes.
Provide engineering support for the pneumatic and electrically powered machines including development of shop procedures as well as problem solving support for the manufacturing team.
Produce and maintain detailed manufacturing procedures with sufficient detail to support training requirements and provide for product portability between manufacturing locations.
Assist in capital equipment selection and justification for new and replacement tooling.
Work with vendors to resolve problems affecting tooling.
Coordinate with vendors on new and repairs of tooling.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering preferred, other engineering degrees considered as applicable.
5 years prior experience preferred
Candidates must have knowledge of Autocad and/or ProE software
Experience in a Lean manufacturing environment a plus; Knowledge of Six Sigma concepts preferred
Strong PC skills, including Excel, required.
Must be action oriented, creative, and have good problem solving skills.
Must show environmental responsibility and safe work habits

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
