Park Bench is looking for a full time experienced Human Resource Manager
Maintaining the Human Resources database
Managing all personnel files and necessary documentation
Overseeing the Benefit administration including Workers' Compensation
Recruiting for all positions
Administering New Hire orientations
Complying with all Federal and State Laws
Coordinating all Leave of Absence Requests
All other duties as assigned
In addition, your role will be to provide counsel and advice to employees and managers to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed. The successful candidate must be able to work autonomously, as well as within a team. Expertise in Employment Law and Employee Relations is mandatory. This position requires a hands on manager.
Minimum 5 years experience as a Human Resources Manager
Experience in facilitating workshops
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in employee relations and benefits
Ability to shift gears quickly and efficiently
Up to date on all Employment/Labor Laws
Computer literate - word, excel, outlook, etc.
Must be a Team Player
Ability to Multi-TaskEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
