Qualifications:

Manufacturing experience is a plus
Job duties to include:
Solder joint inspection.
Inspect lead (Pb) free solder joints on an SMT manufacturing line.
Work with an Automated Optical Inspection machine and identify false failures and missed failures.
Provide feedback to engineers and team members to solve quality problems and improve yield.
Rework and manual soldering experience is a plus but not required.
Candidates should be flexible and open to learning new and unique electronic circuit manufacturing process.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
