Qualified candidates will have six years experience as a long term care administrator and will have a current administrator' license in Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa or Missouri. They will have demonstrated leadership skills, working knowledge of skilled nursing operations, nursing regulations, policies and procedures and human resources management. They will have the ability to travel out of town up to 70% of the time.
