Grace Federal Solutions is seeking experienced professionals to provide medical scribe services to military personnel and their families. Medical Scribes will provide real-time charting for the physicians by shadowing them throughout their shifts and perform a variety of tasks including patients' history, transcribing details of the physical exam, ordering x-rays, recording diagnostic test results, and preparing plans for follow-up care. This work is located at the Naval Hospital on Camp Lejeune, NC (near Jacksonville, NC). These services will be provided in the Orthopedics, Pain Management and Family Medicine Departments.
Position
Responsibilities:
Accompany medical providers during patient encounters, initial and follow-on
Enter patient data in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) as directed by the medical provider
Collect and transcribe a variety of clinical data into the EMR during the provider's encounter
Accurately document and transcribe patient's interpretation of present illness, interim history, document outside medical records, test results, medications, past medical and surgical history, allegories, family and social history
Anticipate provider needs and incorporate organizational skills into tracking patient care and improve patient flow
Perform related clerical functions for the medical provider in a clinical setting
Position Requirements:
Minimum 3 year clinical experience in an outpatient or hospital setting, preferably in orthopedics, painEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
