The CRM Implementation Consultant will work with client companies in the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. How YOU will be Challenged
Assist with Statement of Works with our Sales Team demonstrating how Microsoft Dynamics CRM will provide solutions to prospects and existing clients.
Perform business analysis and document requirements gathering activities during client implementations
Lead clients through the implementation of Microsoft CRM from start to finish.
You will be responsible for that successful implementation.
Document requirements and lead developers in creating CRM customizations.
Provide Project Management during CRM Implementations.
Provide Level 3 Microsoft Dynamics CRM application support for current clients.
Work closely with clients to ensure adoption of Microsoft CRM within the organization.
Performing and managing integrations with the solutions.
Assisting implementation teams with application training.
Customizing report design and technical support of the Software.
Developing the relationship to become the trusted advisor to your existing clients.
How will YOU be Selected
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Ability to work with diverse clients and industries.
Excellent Communication skills, both Verbal and Written a must.
Ability to work independently on client site as well as being a contributor within our team environment.
Proven exceptional business requirements gathering skills.
Ability to bring new ideas, concepts and techniques to the practice.
Desire to continue self-improvement and development through education and industry offerings.
Ability to scope development efforts and communicate effectively to team developers.
Ability to travel 25-45%
