ThestaffRegisteredNurseisresponsibleforthemanagement ofpatientcareassignmentsonadesignatedunitutilizingthenursingprocess.ThestaffRegisteredNursemustbewillingtocrosstrainandfloattootherareasofthehospitaltomeettheneedsofthefacility.ThestaffRegisteredNurseisresponsibleandaccountableforallnursingcareprovidedtotheirpatients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (AD diploma, BSN or Master's degree in nursing).
2. CurrentRegisteredNurse'slicenseintheStateofKentucky.
3. CurrentBLSandACLSCertification.
4. CCRNpreferred(ICU)ORN(OR)Pediatricexperiencepreferred(Peds)andPALS.Neurologyexperience
preferred(Neuro).
5. Minimumofone(1)yearsrecentcontinuousexperienceorparticipatedinaHospitalPreceptorProgram.
6. MustpassCriticalCaretest withaminimumof 80%(ICU).
7. Willingnesstobecrosstrainedtootherareas.
