Duties:
The candidate selected for this position must possess a demonstrated ability to effectively perform all aspects of EEO Charge management, including but not limited to: conducting investigations; writing position statements; submitting supplemental responses to requests for information; and participating in fact finding or other conferences related to claim investigation and/or resolution. The candidate also will be responsible for effectively interacting HR, Legal, and other business teams as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Excellent written and oral communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Extensive knowledge of EEO/AA laws and regulations
Experience conducting investigations
Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential topics, to work with various levels of management, employees and external resources, and to maintain effective and influential communication
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced, multi-location environment
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel preferred
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
