Overview:
Working as a Full-Time Vending Optimization Specialist, you will perform a variety of tasks assisting stores optimize under-performing vending machines.
Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Utilizing reports and data to understand and prioritize opportunity
o Conducting store meetings and trainings to produce successful visits with customers
o Meeting with customers and explaining optimization
o Assessing machines and evaluating product movement
o Re-configuring machines for faster moving products and cleaning machines
o Communicating with stores, build centers, and support personnel
POSITION
Qualifications:
The skills and qualifications required for this position include:
o Ability to demonstrate Company values of Ambition, Innovation, Integrity, and Teamwork
o A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements.
o Practice integrity and professionalism in all aspects of the business.
o Excellent written and oral communication skills.
o Customer service oriented.
o The ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
o Strong attention to detail.
o Basic computer skills and aptitude.
o Willingness to travel - this position will require visiting customer locations and their servicing stores 3-4 days per week.
o Preference will be given to current employees that have prior store experience.
o The ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
o Ability to pass the required drug test (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
