Plan Services Account Manager

The Plan Services Account Manager will be the primary contact for a specified block of national account non-governmental 403b business in the Healthcare, religous, and educational sectors. This position is responsible for overall client satisfaction on the assigned business.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Effectively use available resources to independently resolve a variety of issues, including inquiries on Compliance, the Plan Administrators website, Tax Reporting, Audits, Re-Pricing of contracts, Broker commissions, Investment Options, Plan and Contract Terminations and all related SEC and IRS guidelines.
Resolutions of a variety of issues, involving account related questions and providing status updates to all levels of clients.
Respond to Plan Sponsors in a professional and timely manner concerning and issues or questions
Respond to clients by reviewing and responding to incoming e-mail volume.
Background and Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in business related field
At least two years of experience with Retirement Plans or other retirement plan administration, including knowledge of Basic Plan Document and Adoption Agreements
Superior abilities in verbal and written communications skills
Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Managing multiple tasks and projects
Established problem solving skills, with limited supervision
FINRA Series 6 required within the first 90 days of hire.
