Banquet Food Servers work as part of the Banquet Team to ensure guest satisfaction. The banquet wait staff serve food & beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional manner according to IHR's high standards of quality. Banquet Servers must be knowledgeable of event menu items and their contents, appropriate table settings and service ware, and the correct preparation and garnishing methods. Banquet Food Servers are also responsible for setting up, maintaining and breaking down banquet rooms. This position requires basic English language communication skills, and the ability to carry large and heavy trays on a continuous basis throughout a shift. This is an ON-CALL position only.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
