EW Readiness Reporting Analyst

Key Role:
Conduct EW mission analysis, create new or revised EW Navy Tactical Tasks (NTA), construct EW task matrixes, and conduct working groups for the review and development of EW tasks, conditions, and standards for Navy clients. Forward draft EW Navy Mission Essential Task List (NMETL) to clients. Assist all CRAs during formal review and validation of submitted EW NMETLs and coordinate changes with other individuals when an EW NTA impacts the Responsibility Organization (RESPORG) of another group. Monitor and assist with all submissions of validated EW NTAs to the Primary Review Authority (PRA) for approval and monitor and assist the PRA's activation of the validated EW NTAs in the Navy Training Information Management System (NTIMS). Assist each CRA/TYCOM in mapping Figure of Merit (FOM) algorithms for the following DRRS-N resource areas, including personnel, equipment, supply, training, ordnance, and facilities. Develop an EW readiness view that captures historical and current readiness metrics for all applicable resource areas in DRRS-N for all strike groups, platforms, and units. Coordinate with NIDF and PRA to populate EW readiness views and with each CRA/TYCOM to conduct an annual review of validated EW NMETL. This position is located in Suffolk, VA.
Basic
Qualifications:
-10 years of experience with Navy fleet
-Experience with Navy fleet operations, program management, and major Navy staff
-Experience with Defense Readiness Reporting System-Navy (DRRS-N), including Navy Mission Essential Task List (NMETL) and Navy Tactical Task (NTA) structures and hierarchies, Figure of Merit (FOM) algorithms, Primary and Coordinating Review Authorities (PRA/CRA), Responsibility Organizations (RESPORG), and Navy Training Information Management System (NTIMS)
-Knowledge of Navy Type Commander (TYCOM) and Carrier Strike Group (CSG) structures
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree
