Provide leadership and initiative in the overall coordination of system requirements, program specifications and code/unit test to meet business requirements/specifications for significant projects. Provide leadership and initiative to the development of deliverables for additional levels of testing and test execution including system level and integration tests. Lead and/or assist in resolution of complex production problems. Mentor development of those in less senior positions.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be working on all phases of the application development lifecycle using Agile methods, in addition to supporting production applications.
Interpret business requirements to produce a design that conforms to specifications.
Build code/test to meet system requirements.
Support testing execution at all levels. (including performance testing)
Strong troubleshooting and assisting others with resolving issues.
Mentor development of those in less senior positions.
Work with technical leadership to drive innovation and create best practices within the team.
Present technical ideas and high level concepts and solutions to internal and external team members.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Domicile Location
May be domiciled in Collierville/Memphis, Tennessee or Orlando, Florida. Relocation will not be provided.
Bachelor's degree, in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Five (5) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment.
A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
