The Service Manager is chargeable for completing functions that ensure that community meets safety, appearance and operational standards established by company. The Service Manager is also expected for administering the Service Technician(s) and Groundskeeper(s) and any day-to-day tasks they need to complete. It is the task of the Service Manager to report to the Community Manager. Service Managers is responsible for the daily operations of our RV service departments. She/he will hire, train, and motivate her/his staff to meet and exceed business and customer expectations. Moreover, the Service Managers will supervise the parts sales, warranty, installation, detailing and timely repairs of RVs for the location.
