Help Desk Technician
Triumvirate Environmental is seeking an intelligent, motivated self-starter to join the Information Technology Team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day IT support and execution of special projects to enable all Triumvirate employees to have full access to corporate IT systems. This is a great opportunity for a recent grad to start their career in IT. This position will be exposed to numerous facets of Information Technology, WAN/LAN Networking, IT Ticketing, Remote Support, Customer Service, and Software Support.
Essential responsibilities and duties include:
Monitor, respond to, and quickly resolve requests received through the IT helpdesk for 400
users
Insure the integrity of the user experience is in place to maximize effectiveness and enhance the image of the company
Track and maintain equipment
Setup new hire user accounts, workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
Install, support, and train users on internally developed software and commercial software solutions
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
Assist in the orchestration of a smooth running and efficient IT environment
Assist other team members with special projects and handle other duties as needed
Requirements:
Excellent technical problem solving skills
Great customer service skills and a positive attitude
Familiarity with PC hardware and Windows 7 set-up and configuration and
An understanding of Exchange Server 2003 - 2010 , Windows Server 2003 - 2012, Office 365
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines
Excellent communication (verbal and written), time management, and presentation skills
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
0- 3 years' experience in a Corporate IT helpdesk or support role
