We offer an excellent opportunity for an individual to support and execute the policies and procedures associated with the Human Resources function in the areas of clerical support, personnel file maintenance, training documentation, service anniversaries, recruit and hire, records management and project support; utilizing good judgment, discretion and professionalism. Execute and maintain work instructions associated with the Recruit and Hire and Personnel Development processes under the Quality Management System.
Execute general clerical duties to include all personnel filing, set-up of personnel files, records management, and all other general files.
Execute all duties associated with the corporate Service Anniversary Program, United Way activities and Employee Recognition and Employee Appreciation events.
Act as a power-user entering, maintaining and filing of all training documentation.
Maintain the Human Resources application on the Company Intranet, Net4Us system, including personnel announcements and communications.
Assist the Human Resources Generalist with scheduling of training and the support of compiling training materials.
Run monthly DMV Reports and maintain organizational charts, training templates, employee directories and logs associated with personnel changes and AAP.
Maintain job description files.
Assist with preparing recruitment lists and job postings as needed.
Assemble all new employee orientation packets and materials.
Assist with the recruiting process, including the duties associated with the corporate pre-employment requirements associated with all new hires.
Execute all responsibilities associated with recruiting, on-boarding and separation.
Assist with the execution of strategic plans, projects and special events.
Answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel, providing assistance and answering questions as needed. Provide instructions to external applicants on the Company application process.
Assist Payroll & Benefits Coordinator with coordination of department lunch requests, travel arrangements, and visitor preparation.

Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Degree in Business or Human Resources preferred.
One or two years' experience in Human Resources or related field.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office required.
Knowledge of principles and practices of human resources.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and conduct daily duties in a professional appearance and manner.
Knowledge of state and federal requirements and regulations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
Ability to work independently with minimal instruction.
Ability to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
